who we ship with

We mainly ship items through USPS and UPS. When your item(s) are totaled, you’ll have the option of carrier.


shipping restrictions

We need your information to send things to you, so we typically ask for a phone number along with the address.

We do not ship orders where the billing address and shipping address are not the same.

shipping costs

All costs associated with shipping relate to carrier, package size, weight, and location.

To keep costs down for the consumer, we tend to lean more toward USPS Priority, which has a 2-4 day delivery (pending on where it is going).


missing / lost / damaged items

Your order will be accompanied with a tracking number for you to keep an eye on the progress of the shipment.

We are not responsible for lost / stolen / damaged items shipped—it sure-as-hell didn’t leave here like that, so there will have to be a call to the postmaster.

delivery times

All orders that are in before noon on that business day will be shipped out that same day—unless there is something like custom printing or a much larger order, which we will contact you about.

Gauge orders take 7-10 days after order is placed to print the gauge, unless listed in the product page.

All other items ordered after noon will typically be mailed next day.


international orders

International orders have different shipping options, but still require contact information to pass through customs. You’ll need to provide your phone number as well. Tracking information may not be available once the item(s) have left the continental US, so please be patient.

Shipping times vary with how the item travels the globe, so overnight delivery is not an option.

Policy

no returns on custom printed items

We can’t take back the custom gauge you ordered of your ex-girlfriend’s face since she decided to call it quits with you. Now if there was a printing error, we will reprint at no-cost to the customer.


15% restocking fee on opened parts

To cover the cost of return shipping, part inspection, and print / packaging materials.


no returns on installed and / or modified parts

All of our kits / gauges are designed for specific applications, and for some reason, sometimes people think that they can modify our things to work on other vehicles or combos—and it never works out. This clause is directly due to those small handful of people who order the wrong thing and try modify and install the wrong thing on the wrong vehicle!
