We were sick of this happening to us on our XJ / MJ, so we hashed out a kit that would junk the old "Z" linkage / bell crank / lever from the transfer case, and simply bolt on, creating a stronger and more consistent shifting experience. Now we’ve moved into the Grand Cherokee ZJ to ensure others can get the same satisfaction knowing their ride won’t let them down with the replacement of a superior part.

This is everything to replace the crummy factory operation. NO DRILLING OR WELDING REQUIRED!

NOTE: The ZJ kit is for the ZJ with a 231 only, and not TJ, ZJ, WJ, WK, WK2, KK, etc
