And yes, we’ll box it, label it, and make it shelf-ready so you can focus on selling.
Our Processes
3d Printing
The core of our operation is a pair of Prusa3D printers, which generate high quality parts with precision, with multi-color options available for many materials. They are setup on our private and secure network, and designs can be run completely offline for the highest IP security. We stock a variety of materials and colors, from flexibles to ABS for serious parts and prototypes, to mass runs of select licensed toys. Our printers are setup with the highest quality nozzles to handle even tough materials like carbon fiber Nylon, in volumes up to 345mm x 345mm.

Vacuum forming
Now offer vacuum forming, with the ability to 3d print or CNC cut bucks (molds) up to 11×17×10 inches on our Formech 300XQ. This can be combines with our other processes to fully create the product or prototype run you are looking for.
Laser Cutting
We’ve been laser cutting materials for over 15 years, and run a 100 watt customized machine that has a bed capability of 24”×36” and pass throughs for long sheets, like packaging foam. We utilize a variety of lenses to cut many materials, like Gemini ABS, acrylic, wood (up to 3/4”) and more. We can even cut various fabrics to streamline your craft show production in a way that keeps you from all the tedious scissor work.
With a strong relationship with our material vendors, we can offer quick turnaround times and high quality in cutting and etching.
CNC Routing
Need plastic, wood, foam, or other non-ferrous materials up to 48×48 cut for your project? Our Laguna Swift CNC and its twin vacuum powered work holding table is up to the job.
UV Printing
Need a part marked in a way that a sticker or laser etching cant do the job? Our Roland UV printer is setup to handle full color CMYK, with white and gloss effect inks, backed by the knowledge on how to design and use the machine to it’s fullest. We regularly print on materials ranging from acrylic to stainless steel, and because we design and build our own fixturing in house, we can accommodate many different kinds of parts marking in a cost effective manner.

Have a sketch, or a broken part, that needs replicated or replaced? Do you have a product ide and want to source local? No in house design team? TeamADW has over 20 years of experience in the CAD and graphic design fields. Not only do we have the software to make your idea happen, we also have a full sweet of domestic manufacturing sources to take production to the next level.
